Wedding Videography Agreement
This Wedding Videography Agreement is entered into between Hollie Kendrick (referred to as “Videographer”) and Lexy King (referred to as “Client”).
1. Event Details
2. Services Provided
The Videographer, agrees to provide wedding videography services on the event date, including filming and post-production editing.
The Client will receive the following final deliverables:
Highlight Film
Full Ceremony Video
Final videos will be delivered digitally unless otherwise agreed upon. The Videographer has permission to bring a “second-shooter” to help capture the event.
3. Payment Terms
Total Cost: $1,100 USD
Payment may be made in partial payments as long as they add up to $1,100.
Full payment must be completed on or before June 26, prior to the start of filming on the wedding day.
4. Editing & Delivery Timeline
Editing time varies based on workload and complexity.
Final videos are typically delivered within 3 to 6 weeks after the wedding date unless otherwise communicated.
One round of reasonable revisions is included.
5. Creative Discretion
The Client understands that videography style, editing decisions, music selection, and storytelling are at the creative discretion of the Videographer. The Client may make requests prior to the wedding day.
6. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
Provide accurate event details and timelines
Pay the full amount of $1,100 USD before the day of the Wedding
Provide requests for editing such as music or stylistic choices before day of the Wedding
7. Limitation of Liability
In the unlikely event of equipment failure, illness, or circumstances beyond the Videographer’s control, liability is limited to a refund of payments made. Videographer is not responsible for moments missed due to delays, restrictions, or interference beyond their control.
8. Cancellation
If the Client cancels the event with proper communication to the Videographer:
Payments already made are refundable in full.
If the Videographer must cancel due to emergency, all payments made will be refunded in full.
9. Copyright & Usage
The Videographer(s) retains the copyright to all footage and final edits.
The Client is granted a personal-use license to view, download, and share the videos for non-commercial purposes.
The Videographer(s) may use footage for portfolio, website, and promotional use unless otherwise requested in writing.
10. Agreement Acceptance
By signing below, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this contract.
